Are you infected with the sailing virus and want to pass it on to other aquatics lovers? Then ponder upon the possibility of becoming a sailing instructor at De Bird! De Bird is highly regarded by instructors when it comes to the quality of teaching and coaching. This can only be obtained by our intensive instructor training.

We are able to admit about 20 new instructors every year to this instructor training. During the training you will work on your skills as a sailor up to the point where you are able to meet the conditions set for the certification of CWO IV. You are also trained to become a good istructor, both in educational skills as well in personal presentation. Are you able to promote the “Bird holiday feeling” to our guests?

The instructor training commences in the beginning of April each year with an introduction weekend, and is followed shortly by two training weeks. You are expected to instruct very quickly into the training, at first under guidance of our skilled instructors.
